Returns & Exchanges Window
You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all brand tags securely attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
Please email us at support@royalchikankari.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8178112773 with your Order Number and the reason for your return/exchange. If you are exchanging for a different size, please mention the new size required.
Reverse Pickup Process
To make things easy for you, we offer a reverse pickup facility for most pin codes!
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier partner to pick up the package from your delivery address within 1-3 business days.
Please keep the kurti securely packed in its original packaging. Hand it over to the courier executive during the pickup.
Reverse Pickup Charges: A nominal fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the return shipping costs. In case of an exchange, the pickup is Free.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your account.
Defective or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect every Lucknowi kurti before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and send you a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
